The March equinox is known as the vernal equinox (spring equinox) in the Northern Hemisphere and as the autumnal equinox in the Southern. On the day of an equinox, daytime and nighttime are of approximately equal duration all over the planet. As the season progresses, daytime will be longer than nighttime.
Spring is about rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection, and regrowth. The sun will be more in our lives than before. We will see more flowers. There's more activity in the world.
The homemade, organic snack plate has glazed carrots with cashew cream sauce and carrot leaf salad. Carrots signified the womb area with their orange color and the underground work we were doing in this ritual.
